Our Terms & Conditions ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved and help us deliver the highest standard of fun and structured football coaching. By booking a session, program, or event with us, you agree to the following terms: 

1.  Bookings & Payments 

• All memberships must be booked in advance through our official booking system. 
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your child’s place. 
• Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

2.  Cancellations, Credits & Refund 

a) Cancellations by The Football Football Way 

Sessions may occasionally be cancelled due to severe weather or other safety-related concerns. We will always prioritise the health and well-being of all children and staff. 

• In the event of a cancellation, we will aim to provide advance notice via SMS, email, or our communication platform. 
• Where possible, a make-up session will be scheduled. 

b) Cancellations by Parent/Guardian 

We understand that absences may happen. However, we cannot offer credits, refunds, or rescheduled sessions for individual missed classes due to illness, travel, or personal reasons. Exceptions may be made in cases of extended absence due to injury or serious illness (please contact us directly). 

c) Refund Policy 

Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds will be issued for the current month once payment has been processed. 

Semester Packages: Refunds for semester payments are only issued in exceptional cases, such as: 

• Program closure 
• Extended injury or illness (with medical documentation) 

Any refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, minus an administrative fee. 

3.  Health & Safety 

• You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking. 
• Our coaches are first aid trained and child protection/safeguarding certified. 
• In the event of injury or illness during a session, we will take appropriate action, including calling emergency services if required. 
• Children must bring water and wear suitable clothing and footwear for physical activity.

4.  Behaviour & Safeguarding 

• We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, violence, or disrespectful behaviour. 
• Children are expected to listen to coaches, treat others kindly, and play safely. 
• Repeated disruptive behaviour may result in a child being removed from a session, either temporarily or permanently, without refund. 

5.  Parent/Guardian Responsibilities 

• Children aged 4–6 must be accompanied (spectating) by a parent or guardian for the duration of the session, unless otherwise agreed. 
• Children aged 7+ may be dropped off, but must be collected promptly at the session end time. 

6.  Photography & Media 

• From time to time, we take photos and videos to celebrate children’s achievements and promote our activities on social media, our website, and marketing materials. 
• Permission for image use is requested at registration. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at info@thefunfootballway.com 

7.  Weather Policy 

• Outdoor sessions may go ahead in light rain or cold weather, please dress your child appropriately. 
• In the event of extreme weather (e.g. thunderstorms, heavy snow), we may cancel the session and notify parents via email or text. 

8.  Amendments 

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Any significant changes will be communicated via email and/or displayed on our website.
