General Terms and Conditions

for the provision of football training services –

1. Content and Importance of the General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) constitute an agreement between the sole proprietorship ‘Paparistodimou Georigos E.V. – The Fun Football Way’ (hereinafter: The Fun Football Way) and the student and their legal guardian using the football training services (hereinafter jointly: Participant), hereinafter jointly referred to as the Parties.

The GTC sets out the rules related to the use of educational services, the rights and obligations of the Parties. By accepting these GTC, a contract (hereinafter: Contract) is concluded between the Parties. The Participant declares that they have read, accepted, and consider themselves bound by the terms and rules set out in the GTC. The conditions are also governed by the laws of Hungary.

2. Subject and Formation of the Contract

2.1 Subject of the Contract
By entering into the Contract, The Fun Football Way undertakes to provide the Service, while the Participant agrees to use the Service and pay the service fee (hereinafter: Fee) under the terms of the GTC.

2.2 Formation of the Contract
The Participant orders the Service by providing the necessary data and accepting the GTC electronically or in writing. The Contract is concluded upon acceptance of the GTC by the Participant. In the case of a written statement, the Participant must confirm acceptance electronically by the start of the online service process.

3. Conditions of the Service

3.1 Location and Material Conditions of the Training
The service is provided at the following location:
Esernyős Óbudai Kulturális és Sport Nonprofit Kft. 1037 Budapest, Laborc u. 2.

Participants and their accompanying persons are required to follow the house rules of the facility.

3.2 Registration, Placement Test, Course Schedule
Children’s participation in the training requires prior registration.

Registration takes place via email. After providing the required data and accepting the GTC, the Participant can register. Subsequently, an automatic reply email will be sent to the provided address containing a link through which the Participant can log into the online interface and begin the online administration process.

After selecting the preferred pass it is considered reserved only once the fee is paid via online bank card payment.

Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bookings are non-transferable between children unless agreed in writing.

The Fun Football Way reserves the right to change published training times. In such cases, The Fun Football Way will inform the Participant via email or through the online interface.

If we need to cancel a session due to coach illness or venue-related issues, we will eithe reschedule the session.

In the event of severe weather, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the session, subject to venue availability and other operational considerations. However, we cannot guarantee that a replacement session will be offered in all cases.

Refunds are not provided unless under exceptional circumstances, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 Online Administration and Communication
All processes related to using the service (contracting, booking sessions, fee payment, etc.) take place through the online platform. The Participant is required to stay informed about the service through the continuously updated news feed based on the information provided by the Service Provider.

The Participant may submit questions or feedback about the service via email (info@thefunfootballway.com) or by phone (+36 20 456 0090).

The Participant will receive the following notification emails related to the service: confirmation emails for successful registration, reminder messages containing payment information, and updates regarding training. It is the Participant’s responsibility to monitor their email inbox, as all such communication will be sent to the provided address.

If, due to technical errors or email filtering settings, the Participant does not receive these emails, they may request a resend by phone (+36 20 456 0090) or email (info@thefunfootballway.com).

Since the Website is considered copyrighted content, it is prohibited to download (reproduce), rebroadcast, reuse, store, process, or sell any part of the content without written permission from The Fun Football Way. Even with written permission, any material taken from the Website or its database must include a reference to the Website.

The Fun Football Way retains all rights to the Website and all elements of the Service, including the domain name, subdomains, and any advertising interfaces. It is forbidden to adapt or reverse-engineer the content or parts of the Website, create unauthorized user accounts or passwords, or use any application that can modify or index the Website or its parts.

The Fun Football Way disclaims any liability for damages arising from technical disruptions in the operation of the Website or online platform, as well as damages from using external websites accessed via hyperlinks. The Fun Football Way may make modifications, updates, or restrict/suspend access to the online platform without prior notice.

The Fun Football Way does not guarantee continuous or error-free operation of the Website or the online platform.

4. Fee

4.1. The service fees are published by The Fun Football Way on its website.

4.2. The Fee can be paid via bank card through the Website, according to the Participant’s chosen pass.

4.3. The Participant may use the Service only after payment, within the time and duration covered by the paid Fee.

4.4. The Fun Football Way will issue an electronic invoice for the Fee after payment and will send it via email.

4.5. The Fun Football Way guarantees that the fees published on the Website for a given training period will not change after publication. The fee applicable to the Participant will be the one in effect and published at the time of registration for the current session.

5. Conditions for Providing the Service

5.1. The Fun Football Way provides the Service exclusively to children who are at least 4 years old and are not suffering from any contagious illness. To ensure the physical safety and health of Participants, The Fun Football Way expects to be informed of the Participant’s health condition and any relevant illnesses in connection with the use of the Service. The Participant agrees to provide a parental declaration or a medical certificate regarding the child’s health status or any existing condition. The Parties exclude The Fun Football Way’s liability for damages resulting from lack of such information. The Fun Football Way reserves the right to refuse service if it was not previously informed about a possible illness, and any resulting damages may be charged to the Participant.

5.2. The Fun Football Way is entitled to unilaterally define the conditions for providing the Services – particularly but not exclusively the rules of the football training sessions, the participation of parents and guardians. The Participant agrees to comply with all such conditions when using the Service. The Fun Football Way assumes supervision of the Participant’s child only after recording attendance. Until that time, The Fun Football Way bears no responsibility for the child, and it is the accompanying adult’s duty to supervise the child (including time spent in the changing room, arriving to and leaving the training session).

5.3. The Fun Football Way is obligated to act with the care expected of a professional educator and to deliver the Service at the highest professional standard reasonably expected under the Contract. The Fun Football Way must act to the best of its ability and in the best interests of the Participants.

5.4. The Service is provided by instructors who are trained and experienced.

If, due to extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances, the designated instructors are unable to conduct the session, The Fun Football Way will ensure replacement by a person with equivalent professional qualifications and will inform the Participant about the change.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. Confidentiality Obligation
The Fun Football Way declares that during the provision of educational services, any data, facts, or information (hereinafter: data) related to the other Party’s activities, the disclosure, acquisition by unauthorized persons, or use of which would harm or endanger the legitimate financial, economic, or security interests of the entitled party – and which is not otherwise classified as a different type of confidential information under law.

The Fun Football Way is obliged to handle any such data in accordance with relevant legal regulations and these GTC. Under its confidentiality obligation, The Fun Football Way must not make such data accessible or available to unauthorized persons, nor disclose it publicly.

The Fun Football Way acknowledges that its confidentiality obligation extends to any third parties involved in the fulfillment of the contract (e.g. Coaches). The Fun Football Way must inform such individuals about the confidentiality obligations set forth in the contract and ensure their compliance, and must be able to prove this to the Client at any time.

6.2. Use of the Participant’s Image
By accepting the GTC, the Participant consents to The Fun Football Way being entitled to take video, audio, and photo recordings during the provision of the Service, with prior notice to the Participant. The Fun Football Way uses these recordings to promote the service and present its methodology on public channels. By tolerating the recording, the Participant is deemed to have given consent to the capture and use of their image.

6.3. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
The Parties shall attempt to settle any disputes arising in connection with the GTC out of court. For any matters not regulated in the GTC, the applicable Hungarian laws – particularly the relevant provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code – shall prevail.

The Contract is specifically subject to the following laws:

  • Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection
  • Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce and Certain Issues of Information Society Services
  • Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code
  • Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.) on mandatory warranties for certain durable consumer goods
  • Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses
  • NGM Decree 19/2014 (IV.29.) on the procedural rules for handling warranty and guarantee claims under contracts between consumers and businesses

7. Validity of the GTC

These General Terms and Conditions shall be valid from August 4, 2025.

The Fun Football Way reserves the right to unilaterally amend the GTC.Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
